Stanney Track (Road Group)
Stanney Track is at Cheshire Oaks High School, Stanney Lane, Ellesmere Port CH65 9DB.
The runners use a schedule of road runs on a Tuesday with a longer run on a Sunday. On a Thursday the track at Stanney is normally used for faster running over set distances with short recoveries. The Sunday runs meet at different locations using the lanes between Helsby and Kelsall or the footpaths of Delamere Forest and the Sandstone Trail.

Meet at venue at 8:00am (10-15 miles road or off road)
